The Children's Law Center New York (CLC, 'we,' or 'our') requires that users of CLC's public website agree to the following terms and conditions. By accessing and using the CLC website, the user (or 'you') accepts, without limitation or qualification, all the following terms and conditions. CLC reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions for this website without prior notice by posting the modified or amended terms and conditions on the website.

CLC's public access website is not intended to solicit clients or to provide legal advice. The website content is provided by CLC for informational purposes for the general public. Our website is not an offer to represent you, and your use of this site will not create an attorney-client relationship between CLC and the user. Any message you send to CLC via electronic means from the CLC website will not be subject to the attorney-client privilege but will be maintained by CLC in accordance with its website privacy policy.

CLC owns all rights to our website, including, but not limited to, the pages, screens, text, photographs, and images appearing on the website, except to the extent the website expressly states that another individual or entity owns rights to any particular specified content. Information on our website (not photographs or images) may be copied for personal and educational use, provided that the copyright and any other proprietary notices displayed on our website are retained and that appropriate credit is given to the Children's Law Center New York.
