CLC collects via our website only aggregate information, such as the number and frequency of visitors, and not personally identifying information about visitors to our website, unless you choose to provide personally identifying information to us by email to our staff members via the CLC public access website. If you opt to make an online donation to CLC via NYCharities.org, and further opt to provide personally identifying information at that time, your information will be supplied to CLC by NYCharities.org. That information is not provided to CLC if the donor chooses to make an anonymous donation. By filing a complaint via email through the CLC website, sending CLC a request or inquiry by email through the CLC website, or making an online donation, you are allowing CLC to forward the information you provide to the proper office or employee within CLC or to a third party. CLC may work with third parties from time to time who provide services that may include, but are not necessarily limited to, website hosting, internet services, data analysis, processing financial transactions and other services of an administrative or technical nature. CLC reserves the right to share your personally identifying information with such third parties for the purpose of providing such services.
