Visitation

When a family member who doesn’t have custody seeks a court order to be able to spend time with the child

On the weekends, I have visitation time with my dad.

This order determines how much you’re going to see the other family member, what rules might be connected to that, and how much time you spend with the non-custodial family member. Family members who can request visitation are parents, siblings, and grandparents.
