Integrated Domestic Violence Court, or IDV Court, is a type of court where there are two cases happening at the same time: a Family Court case (which is about custody and visitation) and a Criminal Court case (which is about domestic violence between caregivers).

In an IDV case, one judge can make a decision about both the Family Court case and Criminal Court case at the same time.
