Sheryl Haith

With more than 20 years of leadership and operational expertise, Sheryl Haith serves as the Senior Director of Operations at The Children’s Law Center (CLC). A key member of the Executive Team, Sheryl leads with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence—overseeing Client Services and Data operations teams, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring operational alignment with CLC’s mission to advance the rights of children. 

Recognized for her strategic vision and collaborative approach, Sheryl drives cross-departmental partnerships, champions continuous improvement, and leads the development of robust technology and operations infrastructure. Her dedication to building efficient, inclusive, and responsive systems is instrumental in CLC’s ability to deliver high-quality legal advocacy and support to children and families throughout New York City.
