Jonelli Borden

Jonelli Borden is the Senior Director of Administration at The Children’s Law Center, Jonelli oversees day-to-day HR and internal fiscal functions.  

Previously, Jonelli held various leadership roles at the Center for Court Innovation, including Director of Human Resources, where she managed oversight of recruitment, employee relations and HR policies and procedures. Jonelli also has a strong background in fiscal management, supporting project and grant management compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. 

Jonelli holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New York University. Ms. Borden has completed professional development programs in Human Resource Management and Collective Bargaining at Cornell University ILR.
